If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange that product for another. We accept returns within 15 days of the date of package receiving.

If the product has no quality problems, the cost of returning the product such as freight, customs duties and other costs shall be borne by the consumer.

The watch, packaging and all materials in the packaging must be returned in good condition and unused.
